Richland Brokerage manages the acquisition and disposition of commercial real estate for the Richland portfolio. We are dedicated to purchasing premium properties in prime locations with outstanding growth potential throughout the Southwest United States.

Headed by Michelle Kirsch, Richland Brokerage manages a portfolio of 37 commercial properties, comprising predominately:

  • Industrial
  • Office
  • Office-Warehouse
  • Office Flex
  • Equity Loans

We are constantly monitoring the market to acquire additional assets. Over the next year, we seek to purchase 10 high-potential properties in five target states: Texas, Oklahoma, Mississippi, Tennessee and Arkansas.

Our Brokers are paid by The Richland Companies, allowing us to offer Listing Brokers exceptional sales opportunities. In addition, we have an unbroken track record of expedient, successful closings-we’ve closed every property put under contract in our 27-year history.

Richland Investments oversees all facets of the Richland property portfolio. With extensive investment expertise and capabilities, we strive to purchase the best properties available in the marketplace and maximize value at the time of sale.

Our goal is to create real estate investment partnerships to satisfy the most demanding investor. Richland enters each investment as a majority owner, giving our investment partners the utmost confidence in our commitment to delivering optimal pricing, positioning and market strategies for every Richland property.

We ensure the value of the Richland portfolio by managing every property through our own Richland Property Management division, which means we give our undivided attention to making the best decisions for our investors and for us. Additionally, we manage a select group of strategically located third-party properties that complement our portfolio.

Our portfolio includes 37 properties in four states, representing more than 2.5 million sq ft of commercially owned retail, industrial, office-warehouse and office flex space, with assets valued in excess of $250 million.

We manage all Richland properties and a select group of third-party properties that strategically complement our owned and managed properties so we can devote our exclusive attention to maximizing value for our investors.

Our unique focus on tenant success means that we go beyond the usual parameters of real estate investment–we take a personal interest in the prosperity of our tenants because we believe our success begins with theirs.
